“I’ve started my coaching journey with Albert right before starting in a new APAC leading role in a new company.
Since our first session, Albert has shown to always have a plan in terms of program and number of sessions - you discuss the goal together and what you would like to see happening. The is set together, so that you can work towards achieving that goal. It’s really goals and objectives focused, which is rare to find in other coaches.
Also, he has a great sense of pragmatism so your sessions are very driven by facts around your work life, yourself and working around your mind-set to scale up your skillset.
